Program Summary

The聽乱伦社区聽Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity is proud to sponsor聽聽Navigating Courage Leadership Masterclass on October 12鈥13, 2026, a two-day immersive leadership experience designed for university聽leaders and professionals who are ready to strengthen organizational culture, deepen collaboration, and lead with greater clarity, courage, and humanity in complex environments. This interactive masterclass introduces participants to the Navigating Courage Framework鈩⑩攁 human-centered leadership approach grounded in the African philosophy of Ubuntu:聽鈥淚 am because you are.鈥聽The experience challenges traditional leadership models rooted in hierarchy, control, and individual authority, and instead explores leadership through the lenses of shared responsibility, mutual contribution, trust, curiosity, and collective impact.
