Collaborative Accessibility Problem-Solving (CAPS) Meetup (Monthly)
Join colleagues for this informal networking series with other faculty support partners across the UW system for collaborative problem-solving. We’ll talk about challenges we face and how we can support faculty in accessibility efforts in the coming academic year.
- Audience: Faculty support staff across the UW community, instructional designers, communications staff, learning technology staff, administrative staff, librarians

Digital Accessibility Liaisons Community of Practice (Quarterly)
Join the Digital Accessibility Liaisons, a Community of Practice of colleagues who are excited to learn more about digital accessibility and to build their own skills so they can share what they learn with their units. Among other activities, they meet as a group several times per year for training and discussion. For more information, see the Digital Accessibility Liaisons page.
- Audience: Open to everyone in the UW community, all skill levels.

STEM Community Conversations CoP (Monthly)
Hosted by partners from UW Bothell, UW Tacoma, and UW Seattle, this informal networking series focuses on conversations, updates, and tips for digital accessibility in STEM-oriented courses. Accessible STEM and math are a challenge across disciplines, and in these informal conversations practitioners meet and learn from one another.
- Audience: Faculty and instructors at all levels across the UW community, instructional designers, learning technology staff, and librarians.
- Schedule: 3rd Tuesday of each month, 3:00 – 4:00pm. Our next meeting is on Tues., August 18, 2026
