Compliance Case Studies: Financial Conflict of Interest, Export Controls, Research Security and Research Integrity (2030)

This case-study based course presents a framework and resources for research administrators who are expected to understand policies and requirements in research integrity, financial conflicts of interest, and export controls

The case presented assumes a baseline prior knowledge of concepts related to FCOI, export controls, research security and research integrity, the basics of which will not be covered in class. CORE’s Non-Financial Compliance Basics course (CORE 1033) is a recommended prerequisite for this class. At a minimum review the following resources prior to class:
