Husky home games always bring a lot of excitement 鈥� and a lot of traffic 鈥� to our Seattle campus. With fans arriving by bus, light rail, car, bike, van and even boat, getting to Husky Stadium is a team effort.
The UW vs. Iowa game kicks off at聽6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9.聽Thanks to the rise in remote work and the later kickoff, congestion isn鈥檛 expected to be as heavy as in the past. With a weekday evening start time, however, it鈥檚 still worth planning ahead and considering sustainable transportation options such as transit, carpool or bike.
Impact on parking permit holders
If you usually park on campus in one of the affected lots (see list below), you will receive a separate email directing you where to park on Oct. 9 instead.
If you are a UW employee, don鈥檛 forget your fully subsidized鈥��� it鈥檚 a great way to take advantage of鈥� instead of parking.
Information for those attending the Oct. 9 game
Parking will be limited, so please take transit or carpool if you can to save time and stress. A is also available.

- Lots opening at 1 p.m.: Stadium Parking Garage, Padelford, N25, N24, C01
- Lots with limited availability at 1 p.m. & fully open at 3 p.m.:聽S01, Central Plaza Garage (CPG), C10, Portage Bay Garage (PBG), N05, W12, W24/28
Single game public parking will be very limited for the Oct. 9 game and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Attendees will need to pay for parking via the or with a credit card.

- Credit card lots: E01 ADA, Padelford
ADA & mobility limited parking options:
- A limited number of single-game ADA and mobility-limited parking permits are available for advance purchase. Please contact the Husky Ticket Office at tickets@uw.edu or (206) 543-2200. A valid state-issued disability parking placard or identification (ID) card is required for purchase.
- Passes may also be purchased on-site at the E01 lot on a limited first-come, first-served basis. To access the lot, fans must present a valid state-issued disability parking placard or ID to the attendant.
- Dawg Sleds are available to transport fans from the E01 lot near Husky Ballpark to the north and south entrances of Husky Stadium. Pregame service begins two hours prior to kickoff. During the game, service continues on a limited basis. After the game, service transports fans from the north and south entrances to the E01 lot.
